Ticker Analysis

The Ticker Analysis feature enables you to dig deep down into individual stocks. It helps you compare historically oversold scenarios in individual stocks.     Market Structure

    Around Earnings follows the top down approach of technical analysis to narrow down potential trades. The Market Indicator is our first step in the process. We use the Market Indicator to determine the relative location of the overall market. We only seek for trades in individual stocks when the Market Indicator enters the oversold region.

    Stock Trading

    Once the market cycle signals an uptrend zone, the buy alert will be triggered within the 401k alerts page. Only then we proceed to the Predictions page, which furnishes a list of stocks in the oversold region with a high probability of a bounce. The Predictions feature is powered by an algorithm that starts by filtering stocks in the oversold region, measured by our custom-built Oversold Indicator.

    The algorithm then moves on to evaluate each oversold stock on a number of other technical parameters in order to add confluence. Finally, the algorithm calculates and displays the probability of a bounce in the stock i.e reversion to its mean, the past accuracy of this calculated probability and the correlation of the stock to the overall market. Stocks with the best probability and accuracy are selected to trade.
